Men aren’t made to be alone. We might think that we like to be free and pursue different women in our youth but the truth is that it grows old quite quickly. When we meet someone who understands us, who can make us feel warm when we get home, that’s someone to keep for as long as you possibly can. At least for me it was like that. Spent half of my twenties with a group of brawling boys like me, smiling at every other girl, but when she came, I was done for. In a single date I realized nothing else before had made sense and nothing else after would either. Of course at the time that was just kind of an expression I used to explain to my friends why I had changed and why I wasn’t up for long nights anymore. After all, by then I had someone to come back home to.
